“François Premier” Apartment, Paris

This 220-square-metre apartment embodies a way of living in which heritage naturally aligns with modernity, where sophistication remains discreet, and where luxury is expressed through precision rather than ostentation. It is a reimagined Parisian interior — soft, quiet, timeless — carrying Rinck’s signature: interior architecture that elevates material, structures light, and tells a story through precise, sensitive décors.

The entire project rests on a palette of materials selected for their ability to shape light and highlight the softness of the volumes. Carrara marble dresses the kitchen, while Calacatta Oro enhances the master bathroom. Artisanal mosaics, oak parquet, decorative glass, gold leaf, bespoke mirrors and matte lacquer complete this textured, refined universe.

The construction site, led by our interior architects, brought together numerous specialists: from the general contractor to the marble worker, as well as electricians, plumbers, plasterers, parquet installers, cabinetmakers, glaziers, kitchen fitters, painters, ceramicists, gilders and upholsterers. A multitude of métiers united around an interior architecture that favours balance. A constellation of trades orchestrated to give rise to a coherent whole, where every intervention finds its rightful place.
