Prototype 2026

On the occasion of Salon Prototype, an event dedicated to research and experimentation in contemporary craftsmanship, initiated by the French Craft Guild, we present the Trône from the Opus Memoria collection.  This piece emerges from an extensive research process, developed upstream through the creation of prototypes, true proofs of concept, that validated choices of form, proportion, techniques, and materials. Behind the apparent simplicity of the seat lies an experimental approach, shaped by a dialogue between design and craftsmanship.  Salon Prototype offers a privileged setting to reveal these research phases and the processes that precede the final creation, highlighting works in progress and the creative paths behind them.
